Agreement and eligibility
By using this website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms. The site is designed for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any materials fits your brokerage policies, local laws, licensing obligations, and professional duties.
What Probate Tech Collective provides
Probate Tech Collective provides education, implementation guidance, working templates, and a practical way to organize probate work. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, brokerage, title, appraisal, or fiduciary advice. It does not sell leads, guarantee records, listings, closings, commissions, income, or results.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for verifying public records, following applicable law, obtaining broker approval where appropriate, choosing whether and how to communicate with anyone, and exercising independent professional judgment in every family-facing decision.
County review and availability
A public waitlist request is a private review only. It does not reserve a county, create an enrollment, or guarantee acceptance. Any accepted-member scope, county availability, service period, deliverables, and price will be stated in the private invitation or written agreement.
Fees, payments, and refunds
Paid services, including the Probate Engine Blueprint and any System Build, are governed by the scope and price shown at the time of purchase or in a written agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Blueprint refund commitment applies only as stated on the Blueprint page. Any other refund, cancellation, or rescheduling terms should be confirmed in the applicable private agreement.
Technology and third-party services
Materials may reference third-party tools, sources, or platforms. Their availability, cost, policies, and performance are outside Probate Tech Collective’s control. You are responsible for your own accounts, permissions, settings, data choices, and compliance when using them.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Probate Tech Collective retains ownership of its site, course, templates, guides, and training materials. You may use purchased or provided materials for your own internal real estate practice, but may not resell, sublicense, reproduce for a competing program, or distribute them outside your team without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or materials to violate law, impersonate another person, send unreviewed automated family communications, interfere with the site, scrape protected content, or make claims that misrepresent what the program provides.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and materials are provided for general educational and implementation purposes. Results depend on local sources, market conditions, your choices, and factors outside anyone’s control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probate Tech Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or materials.
Changes, termination, and governing law
We may update the site or these terms as the services develop. A current private agreement controls if it conflicts with this public page. We may suspend access for misuse or nonpayment. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
