TERMS
Here is what Krista helps with. Here is what still stays with you.
Plain English: this tells you exactly what Krista provides, what she does not provide, and what stays in your hands.
What you are getting
You are getting education, implementation guidance, and a way to organize probate work. You are not buying leads, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or a promise that you will get a listing or make money.
What stays with you
You review the records, check the local rules, get broker approval when needed, and decide how to speak with people. The system can help you get ready. It cannot make your choices for you.
Why people stay in the loop
Technology may organize permitted public information, apply your approved rules, prepare drafts, and track the work. It will not pretend to be a person, call a family, or send a family message without review.
Why your county matters
Every county publishes different information and has different limits. A Blueprint looks at one market and gives you the clearest answer available today. It cannot promise that every county can support the same system.
What the Blueprint costs
The Probate Engine Blueprint is a $500 working session for one county. If you do not leave with a clear build recommendation, Probate Tech Collective will make it right or refund the Blueprint fee. If you book an eligible installation within 30 days, the fee can be credited as stated in your scope.
Questions or changes
Service details can change as the work develops. Any change to your scope, fee, or deliverable will be written down in your agreement or proposal.
