Probate Tech Collective is operated by Krista Recker. This policy applies to this website, public forms, private enrollment links, and related follow-up about the education and implementation services described here.
Information you provide
When you use a form, you may provide your name, work email, phone number, brokerage or team, county or market, answers about your current workflow, and messages or intake details. If you enroll in a paid service, Stripe processes payment information. Probate Tech Collective does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Information collected automatically
If you accept optional analytics cookies, we use Umami and Google Analytics to understand page views, campaign source information, and site use. We also receive ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as browser and request information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your request, provide requested materials or services, review county and fit inquiries, prepare a Blueprint conversation, manage enrollment, improve the site, protect against misuse, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate the site or deliver a requested service, including hosting, analytics when you consent, payment processing, and communications tools, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and service information only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices
You may reject optional analytics cookies. You may also ask to access, correct, delete, or stop receiving nonessential follow-up about your information by emailing Krista. We may need to keep certain information where required for a legitimate business, legal, or security reason.
External links and policy changes
This site may link to external services such as Stripe, Calendly, and Skool. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. If this policy changes materially, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
