05 / ABOUT

How did I even get here? I built what I needed.

Nobody hands you a probate business. I made mine out of court records, a printer, and a lot of Saturdays. Now I am handing you the blueprints.

START WITH THE PERSON, NOT THE LEAD

Before the house, there is a family trying to understand what happens next.

There is a woman at a kitchen table with a folder she did not ask for. Her mother died in March. The house is in Weymouth, her brother is in Arizona, and everyone keeps using words at her like fiduciary and license to sell.

She does not need a pitch. She needs somebody to tell her what happens next. That is the whole job. Everything I built exists so that when an agent walks into that room, they already know.

THE SHORT VERSION

I am a practicing agent who stayed because this was the work I could do best.

I am Krista Recker. I sell real estate at Moor Realty Group in Greater Boston and the South Shore, and I do a lot of inherited property. I got into it by accident, then stayed because estate deals are slow, emotional, and full of moving parts that have nothing to do with the house.

So I built a system to carry the parts that do not need a human. Then agents in other states started asking me how. That question is the company.

THREE THINGS THAT KEPT ENDING UP IN THE SAME PLACE

Put those three in a room and you get this.

01

Probate

Enough estates to learn where families actually get stuck. It is rarely the house. It is the order of operations.

02

Technology

If I have to do something twice, I start working out how to never do it again. That instinct is what built the engine.

03

Community

Attorneys, cleanout crews, the appraiser who picks up on a Sunday, and other agents to think out loud with. We trade what is working because none of us is competing for the same estate.

WHAT WE ARE

Probate Tech Collective builds AI-powered systems so agents can handle inherited-property work with care and order.

Every workflow runs on the P.R.O.B.A.T.E. Method™. The point is simple: handle the parts a system can carry with enough precision that you can bring the patience a grieving family deserves.

WHY I AM NOT KEEPING THIS QUIET

A good system gets better when agents in different markets use it well.

I could have run my engine quietly in my own market and never said a word. But agents running the same seven stages in different states will find things I never would. Someone’s county publishes filings in a format mine does not. Someone’s letter outperforms mine. That comes back to all of us.

The scarcity in this business is not ideas. It is the willingness to do the boring thing every single morning for a year.

WHAT I DO, AND WHAT I DO NOT

I teach this. I do not run it for you.

I am licensed in Massachusetts, and that is where I sell houses. I am not pulling records in your county, contacting your families, or touching your closings. You build the engine in your own accounts, under your own broker, in a market I will never compete with you in.

That is not me holding back. It is the point. You should own this outright, and still own it the year you stop paying me.

THE ROOM

One agent per county. Not sold to the person you are bidding against on Saturday.

That is not a scarcity gimmick. It is what makes the rest of it work. Nobody shares their best letter with a competitor. Everybody shares it with a colleague in Ohio.

What agents share here

What their county does, what their attorneys respond to, and which of the seven stages is currently kicking their teeth in.

One live call a week. No performance. No leaderboard.

PROOF, SUCH AS IT IS

I would rather show you my own numbers than invent a testimonial.

From my live Massachusetts engine, July 8 to August 7, 2026. One month in specific counties. This is not a forecast for yours.

One agent, zero assistants. Every county publishes differently, and some are a genuine fight. That is why nobody should promise you a lead count before anyone has looked at your market.

THE WEEKLY ROOM

Bring the part of probate work that has you stuck.

Two open working rooms every week for agents who want a clearer next move. No performance. No leaderboard. Bring the county question, the letter, or the workflow step you cannot sort out alone.

NEXT FRI, AUG 14

2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Eastern Time / Open to requests

Close the week with a clear next move for the work in front of you.

NEXT MON, AUG 17

9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Eastern Time / Open to requests

Bring the county question or workflow step that has you stuck.

THINGS I WILL NOT DO

Build a channel with care, not a machine that treats grief like a data point.

  • Sell the same list to five agents in one ZIP code
  • Promise you closings. I can build the channel. I cannot make an estate sell.
  • Treat a grieving family as a data point
  • Store a single thing about what a family is going through

CLOSING

Know what happens next before the family asks.

Start with the readiness assessment. Twelve questions, free, and it will tell you honestly whether your market is worth building in before you spend anything with me.

Take the readiness assessment

This is general education, not legal or tax advice. Probate procedure varies by state and county. Confirm anything specific to your situation with an attorney licensed in that state, and confirm marketing and client-contact practices with your broker.
